The Rinzing Financial Private Limited (RFPL) then known as “Rinzing Financial Group” is an audit and consulting firm based in Thimphu, Bhutan. The firm specializes in accounting, auditing, taxation services, and valuation amongst other areas. RFPL was established in 2017 by Ms. Tashi Rinzing Schmidt and Mr. Noah Edwin Schmidt. Tashi being from Bhutan returned home from the United States of America (USA) where she studied accounting and finance, obtained her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and gained valuable experience working for financial firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) LLP in Seattle, WA. Noah studied Finance in the U.S. where he obtained his MBA and gained valuable experience in the areas of economics, capital markets, accounting, operations, and investment analysis throughout his career working for financial firms including Russell Investments and Verus Consultants in Seattle, WA. Rinzing Financial Private Limited was incorporated under the Company Act of Kingdom of Bhutan 2016 on January 1, 2020.
